missingWrote a review on Dec 12convenient locationpoor cleanlinessneglected maintenance
The convenient location is a highlight when visiting.
The cleanliness of the apartment was concerning. the windows had noticeable mould, and the kitchen floors were sticky. there were several signs of neglect, including stains on coffee mugs and an unkempt exterior with leaves and rubbish scattered around. I really expected better maintenance considering the ratings, which was a major disappointment.

Sticky kitchen floors that need serious attention, strong fish smell upon arrival, and bed linen that hadn’t been changed. Mould on window sills and stained coffee mugs is unacceptable for a motel boasting cleanliness.

The manager went out of his way to ensure our room was warm and comfortable upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch.
The cleanliness of the room was concerning, with black mould on the window sills and stained coffee mugs indicating a need for deeper cleaning.

the two-bedroom apartment was super spacious and clean, very comfy for my family. kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. staff were super friendly and really helpful with directions to local shops. location was awesome, just a short walk to nearby parks and shops. we loved the warm welcome and extra touches like breakfast delivered the night before!
the shower curtain was too short so there was water on the floor, and the bed was a bit too firm for me.

The two-bedroom apartment offered ample space for our family, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation convenient. The location was great for accessing nearby amenities and attractions, including a lovely walk to Hagley Park. certain areas like the kitchen floor needed more attention, and the overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly with some signs of wear in the bathroom.

however, the cleanliness of the kitchen floor was concerning and could use serious attention.
